My Top Poster Block takes a large piece of my portal. My block shows the ten person who has the most post in the forum. too large.

how can I do to what my block of Top Poster gets the efect in scroll?

You can use the <marquee> tag to cause scrolling, and you can set the height as you please.

and where should I put marquee and height? what file have I  to edit?

The file to edit is PortalBlocks.php. You will want to find function sp_topPoster
Inside that function, find

        <table class="sp_fullwidth">';And stick your <marquee> tag before the table tag.
Then, find

        </table>';and stick your </marquee> tag after the </table> tag, to tell the browser where the marquee section ends.
