How to change Text size in the shoutbox to a larger text??

please provide a link to your forum, so we can see what you did change.

To play around with this, you can use the firebug tools in firefox, the IE developer tools, or the Image Inspector in Safari.
Have a look at the CSS that applies to the shoutbox text.

For example, I used the IE developer tools to add a rule in portal.js.
.shoutbox_list_compact li.smalltext
And then, to that rule, I added the attribute
font-size: 20pt;

I could see this makes a very big difference to the shoutbox.  If I like this, then I can simply add that code to portal.js

Where do you add this?

1) in your default theme
2) If there is a portal.js in any of your other themes, then you must add this to each of those portal.js files in those other themes as well.
