Welcome to simple portal!

In the board "News", are there posts?  How recent are these posts?  Approximately How many posts have been made in the rest of your forum since the most recent post in "News"?

I am going to guess that the reason for your problem is that there are many more recent posts in the rest of your forum that are newer than the ones in News -- at least 175 newer posts.

Your question is a common one, because of the way SMF's ssi_recentPosts and ssi_recentTopics functions limit how far back they look for recent posts in order to save some time and some load on your database server.

Please have a look at the instructions in http://simpleportal.net/index.php?topic=13215.msg66031#msg66031

Yes, There are 9 Topics, and 4 Sub-Board
but these 9 topic have many posts. this board doesn't update much!.
for example , today i have 136 posts til now.

Yes.  Changing that "25" or "35" to something large enough to reach back to your latest posts on the "news" board should fix the problem.  Try 50 to start, then 100 if that still is not enough for you.

A lower number can make your forum run faster.
