I got one theme and want to install another one.
2nd theme was installed well and it looks good only at "forum". If I want to see portal page it looks like theme what I used before.
What I need to change to have on 1st theme portal and forum working well and on 2nd theme working portal and forum well?

I am not sure I understand your question, so please pardon me if I am answering the wrong question.

If you get a new theme, you need to follow the manual install instructions for the files in that theme.
For SMF 2.0RC3/SimplePortal 2.3.2, you can see this is only Display.template.php: http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?action=parse;mod=1104;attach=139821;smf_version=2.0_RC3
