Hi! All I'm using latest simple portal.
Is there any way to use the simple portal's shout box in wap2 mode??
If yes, plz tell me the procedure..

The shoutbox requires Javascript. WAP2 phones don't do javascript.
WAP2 phones don't do a lot of things.  That's why you don't see SimplePortal at all in WAP2 mode.

But we can use web mode chat box easily on phone.. So why not for wap2 mode?

WAP2 is a protocol designed for an earlier time, when the cellular data rate was much slower than it is today, and cellular phones were not as powerful.  WAP2 phones generally did not require a data plan.

WAP2 does not support all of HTML. So, to make a WAP2 mode, there are many things you cannot do.
For this reason, Simple Portal is disabled in WAP2 mode.
