Blocks speak! Do you have an interest in getting more blocks - or even making your own? The Blocks Board is for you!

What appears after top blocks

What controls what appears after the top blocks?

I am confused.
On my forum, I turned off all the blocks that display posts.
I have 2 custom top-blocks.

Now, I see some posts displayed under my top blocks.  Are these from my articles list?  I didn't ask for them.  Why are they there?

Thanks for enlightening me

Wait.  I get it.  It's in "Article Settings" -- disable articles.

Too bad there isn't an option in "Article Settings" to choose between "Approved" and "Recent", so the displayed articles can change even if I haven't had time to reconsider the articles list.  I could always put an "Articles" block in Left Blocks or Right Blocks.

Have you tried the SimplePortal documentation?

Is this issue solved AngelinaBelle?
And slowly, you come to realize... It's all as it should be...

AngelinaBelle

I think the issue is solved -- I figured out how to disable articles (duh!).

Thanks
