Well I did solve my problem with the user group deletion from the staff list but I have ran into another problem, Well I have noticed it is now colorless and well I have my eye on a staff list on a website called  www.catalyst-gaming.net , If you visit there on the right you will see the list, Is there any way I can get one like that or is it custom coded?

that website is not visible any longer.  If it looks different from the default staff block, then it has probably been customized.  Have a look and a search through the custom coding boards here. Many users have customized this block.
