Are you sure you installed it? Because when you're uploading a mod you need to install it before you can use it

Exactly the same problem.

I installed SimplePortal 2.3.4 through the package manager of SMF 2.0.2.  Installed successfully, package manager is showing green and installed.

But there is no sign of the Simple Portal or the SP admin panel.

Where is the Simple Portal Admin panel supposed to be located?

If it is properly installed, you cannot miss it.
I am going to suggest that Package Manager failed to install Simple Portal for some reason, but that it THOUGHT that it succeeded. It has no way to check, after the fact. So it cannot give you any errors.

SimplePortal puts its files in the Sources folder and in the default theme folder, and it makes some edits to several existing SMF files. You can see the complete list of stuff it does by looking at the manual install instructions at SMFs mod site (for Simple Portal)
Do you have Sources/PortalBlocks.php?
Please to keep this website running, if you like SimplePortal, make a
one-time subscription. Thank you for your support.

Have you tried the SimplePortal documentation?
