Topic: How can I make certain blocks editable by only specific people

What I mean to say is when I give a membergroup an ability to edit blocks, they get permission to edit all of the blocks.
I would like to be able to specify which blocks a membergroup can edit instead.

Is there anyway I can achieve that? I've seen it done on other portals. But I don't really want to use other portals. X.x

This portal does not have a way to do that.
It would take a lot of work to add that ability -- it would not be a simple customization.
