Topic: Increase number of articles in simpleportal?

Hi,

It seems Simpleportal articles will only allow me to publish two articles per article category.  I'm sure there must be a setting for this somewhere. does anyone know where please?

Also, there doesn't seem to be anywhere to choose where they are placed in relation to the other blocks.

Any help will be gratefully received.

Not sure exactly what you mean but I going to assume you mean that only 2 articles from each category are displayed on the portal.  There is a setting in the articles block -> Articles to Display:

your other question - article blocks have the same placement options as other blocks.

btw- you should upgrade your forum, SMF RC3 is old.

You should first make upgrade from SMF 2.0 RC3 => SMF 2.0.2 and SimplePortal 2.3.2 => 2.3.5
Articles are always in center block (they are surrounded by top/bottom and right/left blocks)

You can change settings for number of articles to display. There should not be any limitation on the number of articles in a category.  I have seen many articles in the same category, all displayed.

Can you provide an example?
