2.3.3 with SMF 2 RC 4 Style Problem
« on: January 29, 2011, 12:41:47 PM »
Hello,

I'm using SMF 2 RC 4 with Simple Portal 2.3.3, freshly installed.

I'm getting a problem with the styles, in every theme i use (these themes have not been edited, and only 2 mods are installed, sp, and team page.

The left part of the nav bar has a image, which is out of place with all the custom themes.

Please see attachments.

Thank you!

I had same problem

What you see is this image /Themes/default/images/theme/main_block.png

I dont need to change themes so I just replaced this image with the main_block.png of the theme I use  :nervous-happy:

This is good advice, I think. It should work in most cases.

Yep, running SMF 2 RC4 with LilacCurve theme here and was just about to post the same issue.

Copied portal.css to my current theme css folder and bingo!

Cheers (*phew*)

Copy ./Themes/default/css/portal.css to ./Themes/{custom_theme}/css directory.
This edit solved the same problem in my forums using the reference theme.

Thanks.
