How do I change the backround of SP to custom stuff? Does SP have a SP.css?

SP uses the these that your Forum uses... change the background there and it changes in SP

For example; I want to change the background of the recent posts block on the SP. Where can i find this one in Filezilla?

If you are changing only one block, I suggest using the custom body style in the block editor (http://simpleportal.net/index.php?action=docs;area=block_editor).  You should add the same stuff you would put inside the style attribute of any HTML tag.  For example:

I have a custumized background for that block. How do I upload it then? Same way or is there another code?

Any thing that can go in the style="" part of an HTML div tag, you can put there.
