Hi, and welcome to SimplePortal, please do not use words such as "help"  or "fast"  in your title, instead, use a description of your problem, this will help both us and other users who may have the same problem as you.

is your  problem related to SimplePortal?

Hi felicity,

I took the liberty of clarifying your subject heading.
If you have an SMF forum, and want help with the theme, you can probably find theme and graphics help very very quickly at simplemachines.org
If you have SimplePortal installed on your SMF forum, and want some SimplePortal theme and graphics help, you can probably find someone to help you, if you are specific about your issues. Eventually. This is not a very large community. But you do have to be specific.

If you want to talk to someone about CSS and HTML in general, you might find someone at simplemachines.org, in one of the chit-chat boards (for topics not specifically to do with SMF). Tons of people hang out there. You never know.

But for HTML and CSS help, you might to better to seek out a board frequented by webdesign students such as yourself.  They will probably be very familiar with what you are going through right now. And if you show specifice examples of your work (link to webpage, where interested parties can easily view HTML and CSS using tools like FireBug or IE8 developers tools), then you are likely to get the help you need to get started.

The best of luck to you!
