  • {OCS}MasterSeal: I know this SB isnt' for support, but I just have a general question. Who would I contact to find out where SP stores its block info? Is it DB driven or files? I searched the site but came up with nothing. probably my fault any insight is appreciated.

irc .. I know, but most people do not use irc, a lot of people even don´t know what this is  :whistle:

But web does everyone know  :D and when I am on the site and see the shout box some posts, lot of people will stay longer or look more often.

It just rise the seeing per day of the persons.

Depends on what you need. IRC is real time chat with many features. Shoutbox/Chatbox is for short messages and mostly for fun (but not only). 

IRC is great if there are many people on it - willing to talk. So yea, basically it's quite boring at the moment on #simpleportal but when more people will show there - it will be fun. So it's up to you! :)

I think people is always looking for fast and easy stuff... so a shoutbox will be perfect, just for fun...  :P

and yeah, IRC is better but most people just dont know how to used or installed...  :dead:

Shoutbox is a best way to interact with others when used with limits. Currently AJAX Chat is the best free shoutbox available :)
