Hi, I have just installed SP 2.2 at SMF 2.0 RC1 Everything working but I have no forum button. I have searched and saw that you can help. I am including my index.template.php. Any help would be appreciated.

In SP Configuration--->General setting--->Portal Mode set Front Page, maybe solve your problem.

Thanks but it is already like that. It needs a change at index.template.php but I am no expert

well you if you are using 2.0  then   you dont have to edit your index.template  all the buttoms are placed in sources/subs.php

so could you attached your subs.php file to have a look

You had a conflict between  ezportal code and simpleportal code

I removed all ezportal code in your file but you better check all the files that ezportal changed to avoid errors
