  • {OCS}MasterSeal: I know this SB isnt' for support, but I just have a general question. Who would I contact to find out where SP stores its block info? Is it DB driven or files? I searched the site but came up with nothing. probably my fault any insight is appreciated.

Arabic Language Pack does not work

Hello,

I have SMF 1.1.10 and SimplePortal 3.2.1. I installed Arabic language pack for Simple portal but it does not work. The Arabic language works fine with the forum itself.

could you be please more specific,   you got errors on install? do you can install the language package?  the sp admin is still show in English?  do have any rare characters?   what arabic language are you using, normal or utf8?

please post an image of your problem or a link to your site.

I have confirmed that Arabic language package available on our downloads site works perfectly with SMF 1.1.10.

More details about what isn't working, would help us to resolve the issue on your site.

Hello,

To know detail, please look at http://forum.alhayatlab.com . Then look at the attached image for the installed packages.

Everything is installed correctly, but the block's titles is not in Arabic, It is in English. The Forum interface is working correctly and it is in Arabic.

The Arabic translation does not translate your block titles for you, as they are meant to be customizable by the admin of the site, so you will have to change them. They are defined by the admin and can be changed in the admin area, when you edit a block.
