Is it possible to change the way your blocks look by going in your cPanel and editing the codes via html. If it is can someone tell me what file it would be under?

if by change the way the blocks looks  you mean changing their style, yes, it is possible,  just edit the particular block you want it to change,  theres a Style Options where you could put your own css class or use one of the Default  Class the SMF provides,  you can change this for both title and body

it isn't a file, as already say, you just have to edit the block, on the SP settings / blocks /blocks list /   select the block you want it to modified click the little tool,  and you will se the  Style Options   what exactly do you want to change?

I wanted to have it so my stats are at the bottom with the foot like this forums
